We ordered two floral arrangements for my aunties funeral. The red, green, and white posy pad was absolutely beautiful and exceeded our expectations, we were so pleased with it. Unfortunately, we were very disappointed with the pink pastel open heart. It looked completely different from the photo provided, the colours and flower selection were not similar, and one variety of flowers was already withered despite being delivered that same morning. Given the importance of a funeral, this was especially upsetting. For 150, we would have expected a much higher standard and closer resemblance to what was advertised.

I realised I had missed a very important birthday today so looked for flower deliveries today.. I found this site and saw they used Susettes flowers in my local town. I ordered the flowers about 9am and about 1pm I got a text to say that some lovely flowers had been delivered. Fantastic service and highly recommended.

I have now used Suzette's flowers a few times. I do not live in bury St Edmunds but each time the recipients have been delighted. The flowers have been of good quality, variwty and lasted well. This time I ordered at 9:00 a.m. on a Sunday and they arrived early afternoon. What more can you ask for!
